Obituary for Kenneth Wayne Riser
Kenneth Riser, 84, of Hedgesville, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023, at Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born February 25, 1939 in Hedgesville, he was the son of the late James Oscar Riser and Pearl Ellen (French) Riser. Kenneth served in the Army and was a state auditor for the ABC.
He is survived by his wife Roxanne (Perrell) Riser; son, Kenneth Wayne Riser, II; daughter, Penny Christine Riser; stepdaughters, Michelle Lemus, and Kari Bautz; brother, David Riser; sister, Mary McCarty; and ten grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by eight siblings.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 23, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home.
Interment will be private.
