Obituary for Kathleen V. Corbin (Cass)
Kathleen V. “Cass” Corbin, age 88, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Berkeley Medical Center.
Born on September 10, 1932, in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late William Ira Dodge, Sr., and Hattie G. (Parsons) Dodge.
Kathleen was a homemaker and a member of the Rosemont Grace Brethren Church, where she loved to sing.
She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, shopping, and going to her condo in Ocean City, MD. She was a graduate of the Class of 1950 at Martinsburg High School.
She is survived by a son, Joseph A. Corbin, Jr., and wife Charlotte, two daughters, Julie Hall and Kathy Sampson and husband Todd. Kathleen is also survived by five grandchildren, Caroline Balser, Whitney Fraley, Preston Creswell and wife Danielle and Taylor Wasson and wife Sara. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years Joseph Arthur Corbin, Sr., and two brothers William I. Dodge, Jr., and Hershel “Pete” Dodge.
Services are private.
Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
