Joseph William Rowland, 73, of Martinsburg passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at the Berkeley Medical Center.
Born January 29, 1948 in Charles Town, WV he was the son of the late Joseph Rowland and Mary Braithwaite Rowland.
He was a groomer for thirty-seven years with Charles Town Race Track.
He is survived by children, James Rowland, Steven Culver, Charles Hockman, Susan Vorhees, Saprena Culver; twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and former wife, Brenda Rowland.
Services and interment are private.
