Obituary for Johnna Mae Gregory (Bailey)
Johnna Mae (Bailey) Gregory, age 81, of Mount Airy, MD passed away on Friday, March 12, 2021 at her daughter’s home in Martinsburg, WV.
Born May 2, 1939 in Crumpler, WV, she was the daughter of the late John Spencer & Virgie Elsie (White) Bailey.
Johnna dedicated her life to raising her children and working as a homemaker. She enjoyed bible study,
gardening and travel, driving to 49 states. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by one daughter, Pamela Roach, and husband Michael Roach. One granddaughter, Jo’Anna Stine, husband Michael Stine Jr. One grandson, Daniel Duane DiGennaro; and one great-grandson, Christopher Lee Stine.
In addition to her parents, Johnna was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Kermit Lee Gregory; one son, Gary Duane Gregory; two brothers, Harry, and Enoch; and three sisters, Opal, Margaret and Arlene.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, to be announced.
