Joan Elizabeth Johnson, 84, of Martinsburg passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at her residence after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
Born October 15, 1937 in Winchester, VA she was the daughter of the late William Coffinberger and Elizabeth Huff Coffinberger.
Joan was an English teacher in Berkeley County.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Johnson; one son, Andrew Johnson; two grandchildren; and one brother, Richard Coffinberger.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Amy Shade; and one brother, James Coffinberger.
Services and interment will be private.
