Obituary for Jessie Lee Palmer
Jessie Lee Palmer, 62 of Martinsburg passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021 in the Berkeley Medical Center.
Born September 3, 1958 in Charles Town, he was the son of the late Nelson Lee Palmer and Marie Ellen Fellers Ware.
Jessie worked as a carpenter.
He is survived by his brother, Edward Palmer and wife Brenda of Charles Town, sisters, Linda Baker and husband Doug of Bunker Hill, Anna Harder of Ranson, Laura Frye and husband Michael and Nancy Snyder and husband Lee, all of Halltown, companion, Ginger Kegley and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
