Jayda Lynn Allen, 7, of Martinsburg went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 surrounded by her family.

Born May 21, 2013 in Ranson, WV she is the daughter of Darnell Allen and Mindy Rankin.

Jayda was loving and the most caring sweetest girl who touched everyone she came in contact with. She was full of joy and happiness, a little angel.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Tayla, and Aliahia; a brother, Darnell, Jr; grandmother, Sharon Rankin; grandparents, Brian and Carol Winston; great uncle, Carl Rankin, Jr; cousin, Juztyce Rankin; and uncle, William “Willie” Davis.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Carl Rankin, Sr.

The Brown Funeral Home will be open for family to receive friends only from the hours of 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Monday, April 26, 2021.

Visitors will be required to wear a face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.

Funeral service will be held on 1:00PM on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the funeral home with Bishop Johnson officiating.

Interment will be at Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
