Herman N. Clark, 50, of Gerrardstown passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born March 31, 1971, in Martinsburg, he is the son of John Clark, Sr. and Dorris Messick Clark.
He is survived by his wife, Chasity Clark; a son, Jacob Clark; two daughters, Elizabeth Perry, and Samantha Clark; four grandchildren; two brothers, John Clark, Jr., and Scott Clark; and two sisters, Francis Gilboyne and Robin Hess.
He was preceded in death by a son, Joshua Clark.
Service and interment are private.
