Hazel Cook, 88, of Martinsburg, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Stonerise of Martinsburg.
Born April 27, 1932 in Myersville, MD.
She is survived by John Poffenburger and wife, Anna; a son Butch Fisher; a brother, Junior; and sister, Kate Green and husband, Jerry.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Cook.
Service and interment are private.
