Obituary for Gloria Lee Roadarmel (King)
Gloria Lee King Roadarmel, 73, of Martinsburg passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Berkeley Medical Center.
Born July 28, 1947 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Truman Roadarmel and Lena Daymude Roadarmel.
Gloria graduated North Hagerstown High School in 1965. She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
She is survived by a son, David King, Jr. (Nicki); a daughter, Penny King (Bobby); four grandchildren, R.J, Shirley, Matthew, and Meghan; three great grandchildren, Maya, Aiden, and Eli; two brothers, Gary Roadarmel (Pam), and Ricky Roadarmel (Sandy); and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Luther King, Sr.; a son, Harry Luther King; sisters, Louise Timmons, Zella Capotosti, and Cindy Ott; and a great nephew, Jason Stine.
The Brown Funeral Home will be open for family to receive friends only from the hours of 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Monday, February 22, 2021.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday February 22, 2021 at the funeral home with Pastor David Davis officiating.
Interment will be at Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
