Obituary for Fred Donald "Jaycee" McKinney Jr.
Fred Donald (Jaycee) McKinney, Jr., 46, of Martinsburg, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at his home.
Born April 26, 1976 in Baltimore, MD, he is the son of Dianne Moore Doswell and the late Fred Donald McKinney, Sr.
He was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Jordan Burg McKinney; two brothers, Terron and Victor Doswell; aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, April 8, 2023 at the Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Ed Hall officiating.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Interment will be private.
