Frank “Frankie” Jacob Levi Fries, III, 49, of Martinsburg passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Born November 4, 1971 in Winchester, VA, he is the son of Ruth Anna Marple Fries and the late Frank Jacob Levi Fries, Jr.

He is survived by two brothers, Donald Fries and Robert Fries; two sisters, Eunice Patton and Clara Marple.
