Obituary for Elizabeth Mae Orr (Bartles)
Elizabeth Mae Orr, 93, of Martinsburg passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022 in Martinsburg.
Born April 26, 1928 in Nollville, WV, she was the daughter of the late Charles William Bartles and Lovey Mae Meyers Bartles.
Elizabeth was a seamstress at Perfection Garments and a member of Independent Bible Church.
She was a loving wife and mother and enjoyed crafting and was a talented artist.
She is survived by her husband William “Bill” Orr, two daughters; Linda Nadboy of Inwood and Rebecca Linton and husband Tony of Myrtle Beach, SC, six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one brother Donald Bartles.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, David Roberts, Jr and Timothy Roberts; one daughter Gwen Albright; and two brothers, Allen Bartles and Ronald Bartles.
The family would like to send a special thank you to Hospice of The Panhandle and their wonderful care.
Services and interment will be private.
