Obituary for Elizabeth Jane Long (Fellers)
Elizabeth Jane Long, 75, of Hedgesville, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020 at her residence.
Born September 11, 1945 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Montgomery Fellers & Arbelia May (Kendrick) Fellers.
She was a beloved wife, mother, and friend. She was a member of The Salvation Army Church in Martinsburg.
She is survived by son, Ernest Long and wife, Jaime, and their four children, Autumn, Jaime (JJ), John, and Oliva, of Falling Waters, son, Matthew Long and wife, Amy, their two children Levi, and Lane. Two great grandsons, Tucker, and Talon, of Hedgesville. Daughter, April Hollern (Long) and husband, Tom, and their five children, Lilly, Cassy, Samara, LaRain, and Lexi. Stepdaughter, Susie Fellers and husband, Jimmie and their daughter, Kristyn and husband, John and their two children, Caleb, and Aubree. Stepson, Richard L. Long, Jr. Stepdaughter, Twiana Dawson. Stepson in law, Denny McCoy, two children, Bobbi Jo, and Ethan and his three children, Fallon, Madison, and Aiden. Sister, Wanda Light. Brother, George Fellers and girlfriend, Carol Nauman. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Leroy Long, Sr; a brother, James (Jim) Fellers; a sister, Dorothy Dockney (Fellers); a stepdaughter, Robin K. McCoy; step son-in-law, Rick Dawson; and grandson, Luke Dawson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family or donations to National Cancer Society, 1050 East Industrial Blvd # 3, Cumberland, MD, 21502.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
