Obituary for Donna Rae Penwell (Stotler)
Donna Rae Stotler Penwell, 58, of Martinsburg passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021 at Berkeley Medical Center.
Born November 11, 1962 in Berkeley Springs, WV she was the daughter of the late Joseph R. Feltner and Virginia Feltner.
She is survived by her husband, Barry Lane Penwell; one daughter, Candi Lane Penwell; one granddaughter, Jasmine Marie Kitchen; three brothers, Bobby Feltner, Darrell Kees and Harry Kees; and one sister, Bertha Irene “Shorty” Newcomb.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Brandy Ra´Schelle Penwell; one brother, Joey Feltner and one nephew, JR Feltner.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg, with Joe Nuttall officiating. Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to pay their respects. A ceremony in the chapel will follow. Then follow to a graveside service at Pleasant View Memory Gardens where she will be laid to rest.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
