Donald Lee Cain, 77, of Inwood, WV, passed away Tuesday, April, 18, 2023 at Hospice of the Panhandle.

Donald was born August 14, 1945 in Martinsburg to the late Ralph Frederick Cain and Mattie Evelyn Huffman Cain.

He retired from Carroll Construction where he had operated equipment. He previously worked for Clearbrook Woolen Mill and Inwood Quarry.

Donald is survived by son, Daren Cain (Ann); one stepdaughter, Louanne Butts (Douglas), and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He had a special niece Robin Reynolds (John); and a dear friend Charlie Linton.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Elizabeth (Mason) Cain; one daughter, Daphne Lynn Cain; and one sister, Peggy Collis.

Thank you to Hospice Inpatient and the Shenandoah Center for all of the love and care provided for Donald.

The family will receive friends Monday, April 24, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel.

Graveside service will be at Gerrardstown Presbyterian Cemetery on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 1:00 pm.
