Dina Doreen Souers, 60 of Harpers Ferry passed away Saturday, February 18, 2023. Born September 23, 1962 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Sylvester Lee Souers and Elizabeth Jane Penwell. She was a property manager for a hotel in Florida before she moved back to West Virginia last year. She loved going to the beach, spending time with family, crocheting, and coffee.
She is survived by her son Jerrett Brumm, of Summit Point; two daughters: Deven Wilson, and husband Shane, of Harpers Ferry, and Casandra Ott, and fiancé Dallas Smith, of Charles Town; two brothers Kenneth Tharpe and Keith Souers, and one grandchild, Kody Wilson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Kevin Souers.
Services and interment will be private.
