David Wayne “Pete” Powell, 72, of Martinsburg passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at his residence.
Born April 3, 1949 in Martinsburg he was the son of the late James Jay Powell and Margaret Bartles Gregory.
Pete enjoyed gardening and his beloved dogs.
He is survived by stepsister, Diane Mason; a sister, Stacy Alt; and a close cousin, Dena Hill.
Pete also enjoyed a special relationship with his uncle and aunt, Ralph and Edie Powell, and close friend, Etta Mae Keefer.
Service and interment are private.
