Obituary for David Lee Fulk

David Lee Fulk, 83, passed away peacefully April 6, 2022 at Hospice of the Panhandle in Kearneysville.

He was the son of the late Mervil and Corrine Fulk.

Dave is survived by his wife of 45 years, Betty Jean (Callahan/Price) and a stepson, Michael “Skip” Price of Manassas, VA, granddaughter, Tori Stoeckinger (Robert) of Newport Beach, CA, Brian Price of Manassas, VA and a great grandson, Luke Stoeckinger. He is also survived by a sister-in-law Jackie Fulk, of Huntingtown, MD , an numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Jim, John, Mervil, and Robert; sister, Ann and two step daughters Shelly Peterson and Wendy Blake.
Dave was an active member of Otterbien U.M. Church, Elks Lodge #778, Moose Lodge #120, The American Legion, and the NRA. He was a 32-degree Mason, Lodge of Perfection, Quality Lodge #44 and The Shriners.

He worked as a crew chief at the 167th West Virginia National Guard for 40 year and was privileged and honored to be selected and serve on a temporary assignment as crew chief with the USAF Thunderbirds.

Dave and Jean enjoyed many wonderful vacation trips together and spent many happy times at Lake Anna with son, grandchildren and all their friends. He loved the time spent with his family regardless of where it was or what they were doing. His grandchildren were his pride and joy especially his new great grandson Luke.

The family would like to express our sincere thanks for the help and care given by his friends at the Martinsburg Berkeley Senior Center and the Hospice of the Panhandle.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
