Obituary for Chauncine Turner
Chauncine Turner, 81, of Martinsburg, WV passed away on October 22, 2022 surrounded by her family.
Born November 17, 1940 in Martinsburg, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Inez and Sam Turner.
She was a graduate of Martinsburg High School and worked as a Prosthetic Clerk for the Veterans Affairs Medical Center for 30 years. She was a member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir.
She is survived by her three children, Dwayne Turner and wife Amy of Martinsburg, WV; Shirl Ollie and husband Willie of Frederick, MD and Debra Turner and “Jamal White” of Falling Waters, WV; eight grandchildren, Erica Turner, Michael Dunham, Tara Dunham, Adam Dunham, Keyan Ollie, Maya Ollie, Brandon Turner and Nicholas Pruden; four great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Kailey, Aaron and Langston; one sister, Patricia Caughman of New York, NY and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on October 29, 2022 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Mt Zion United Methodist Church. A homegoing service will follow with the internment at Pleasant View Cemetery. Pastor Ed Hall will be officiating.
