Cecile Ann Hildebrand, 64, of Harpers Ferry, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2023, at her home while surrounded by her loving family and under the care of Hospice. Born August 4, 1958, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Richard Allen Holton and Betty Jane Kocher Holton.
She was a woman of strong faith and attended services at the Shannondale Springs Church. Her grandbabies were her world, and she had a heart of gold. She loved puzzles and crocheting.
Cecile is survived by her three sons: James Melvin Robey, Jr. and Richard Lewis Robey, and wife Wendy, all of Bumpass, Virginia, and Cory Thor Collins, and close friend Breahna Kackley, of Harpers Ferry; one daughter, Courtney Lee Sweeney, and significant other Joshua Ott, also of Harpers Ferry; stepson, Donald “DJ” Hildebrand, of Brunswick, Maryland; stepdaughter, Jessica Michele Hildebrand, of Martinsburg; one brother, Richard Holton, and wife Arnette, of Cianciana, Italy; one sister, Elizabeth Sligh, and husband Daniel, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, and eight grandchildren: Nicholas, Emma, Jackson, Alexis, Tiffany, Victoria, Kristen, Christopher,
and special long term companion Clark Miller of Harpers Ferry.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Anthony Hildebrand; her two stepsons: Jarred Anthony Bailey and William Hildebrand, and her sister, Patricia Harvey.
Services and interment will be private.
