Obituary for Cathy Marie Jenkins (Welch)
Cathy Marie Jenkins, 57, of Martinsburg passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born January 17, 1964 in Berkeley County, WV she was the daughter of the late Charles Welch, Sr. and Sandra See Welch.
She is survived by her husband, Robin Jenkins; three sons, Christopher Robin, Matthew Lynn, and Michael Silas Jenkins; one daughter, Casandra Elaine Jenkins; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Chuck and Brian Welch; one sister, Cheryl Meade; and aunts and uncle, Clores and Woody Welch, and Betty Runion.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sandra Welch and Charles Welch, Sr.; and one brother, Mark Welch.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00AM at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Dr. Carroll Williams officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens. Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
