Obituary for Carolyn Forney (Nixon)
Carolyn Forney, 54, of Berkeley Springs passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born November 30, 1966 in Georgia she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Alice Nixon.
She was a member of New Beginnings Full Gospel Church in Martinsburg.
She is survived by her husband, Ron Forney; one son, Eric Forney; one daughter, Sierra Forney; one sister, Donna DeHaven; and one niece and one nephew, April and Adam DeHaven.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Lisa Nixon.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Oscar Motilal officiating at the New Beginnings Full Gospel Church. Family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Gerrardstown Cemetery. Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to New Beginnings Full Gospel Church, 2671 Williamsport Pike, Martinsburg, WV 25404.
