Burton Roman Leffingwell, 63, of Martinsburg passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Berkeley Medical Center.
Born November 3, 1957 in Arlington, VA he is the son of Burton Cole Leffingwell and stepmother, Claudia, and the late Ruby “Garcia” Leffingwell.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Kay Howes; a son, Burton Roman Leffingwell, Jr. and wife, Angie; a stepdaughter, Bethany Michaela Howes; three brothers, David Leffingwell and wife, Karen, and Dennis and Robert Flynn; and three sisters, Ethel, and Pearlita Leffingwell, and Shelley Keys and husband, Tim.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Sier Leffingwell; and a sister, Stephanie Mann.
Service and interment are private.
