Obituary for Betty Jane Castle
Betty Jane Castle, 87, of Martinsburg passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020 at the Berkeley Medical Center.
Born June 11, 1933 in Dunloon, WV she was the daughter of the late Quincy Harless Karnes and Minnie Reese Welch Karnes.
She is survived by two sons, Mike and Billy Castle; three daughters, Vicki Castle, Ella Palermo, and Robin Costabile; twenty-eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one brother, Quincy Karnes, Jr. and wife, Becky; and one sister, Margaret Crawford.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Castle; two sons, Ronnie and Jerry Castle; one daughter, Gwen Crawford; and one sister, Barbara Killeen.
The Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood will be open for family to receive friends only from the hours of 5:00PM to 8:00PM on Sunday, December 13, 2020.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
Private services and interment will be held at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill, WV.
