Obituary for Betty Jo Faircloth
Betty Jo Faircloth, 74, of Gerrardstown, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 at her home.
Born February 21, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Eleanor Crawford who passed away when Betty was five years old, she was then raised by her father, the late Howard Crawford and stepmother, Esther Crawford.
She is survived by one son, Billy Joe Faircloth and wife, Crystal; one daughter, Cindy Faircloth; four grandchildren, Kristie Fox and husband, Richard, Kaitlynn Shifflet, Ashlee Meadows and husband, Hunter, Jennifer Faircloth; two great grandchildren, Layne Rinard and Lucas Fox; two brothers Robert Crawford, Ricky Crawford; and one sister, Maize Fisher.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, of 50 years, Billy Randolph Faircloth who passed away November 2014; one sister, Gladys Walker; two brothers, Junior and Donald Crawford.
The Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood will be open for family to receive friends only from the hours of 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00PM on Thursday, December 17, 2020. Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, December 18, 2020 at the chapel in Inwood with Rev. Don Preston and Rev. Johnny Faircloth officiating. Interment will be in Gerrardstown Presbyterian Cemetery.
