Joyce May Supprise Frankio, 74 of Charles Town passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017 at her daughter’s home under the care of hospice and surrounded by her loving daughter and husband. Born January 24, 1943 in Westerly, Rhode Island she was the daughter of the late Norman Supprise and Marjorie Kenyon Cahoon. She worked as a receptionist for the Potomac Group in Rockville, Maryland.
Joyce is survived by one son, Scott Earl Laplume and wife Leticia Frankio and one daughter Diana Ingram and husband Lance.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Janet Stephenson.
Services and interment will be private.
