Obituary for Dorothy Louise "Maggie" High (Long)
Dorothy Louise “Maggie” High, 79, of Martinsburg, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2020 at Clary Grove.
Born July 22, 1940 in Washington Co., MD, she was the daughter of the late Mason Franklin Long and Sarah Jane Socks Long.
She is survived by two sons, Robert F. High, of Falling Waters and Dennis E. High and wife, Mary of Falling Waters; two daughters, Beverly A. Durboraw, of Hagerstown, MD and Sandra J. Cook and husband Victor, of Martinsburg; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph High, Jr.; one son, James L. High, Sr.; five brothers, Mason F. Long, Charles Long, John R. White, David White, and Robert Long, Sr.; and one granddaughter.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.at Brown Funeral Home.
Services and interment are private.
