Obituary for Lawrence Henry "Sonny" Price
Lawrence Henry “Sonny” Price, 84, of Inwood, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2019.
Born on August 26, 1935 in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late Edward Lee Price and Mildred Moreland Price.
Lawrence retired from Corning Glass. He was a member of the Bunker Hill Brethren in Christ Church.
He is survived by one son, Jeff Price; three daughters, Melanie Baker, Cathy Jensen and Tammy Ambrose; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and close family friend, Marveen Price.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Barley Price; and one son, Lawrence H. Price, Jr. Lawrence was the last of his immediate family.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 12, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Graveside service will be held on Friday, December 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Pleasant View Memory Gardens with Rev. Raymond Martin officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bunker Hill Brethren in Christ Church at 9203 Winchester Ave, Bunker Hill, WV 25413.
