Obituary for Michael Preston Skaggs
Michael Preston Skaggs, 45, of Martinsburg passed away on Friday, November 8, 2019 at the Berkeley Medical Center.
Born September 29, 1974 in Charleston, WV he is the son of Charles Preston Skaggs and the late Reathel Geraldine Pettry Skaggs.
In addition to his father, he is survived by two brothers, Jerry Skaggs and wife, Anita of Martinsburg, Joey Skaggs and wife, Margaret of Kearneysville; three nephews and two nieces, Chelsea Lambert of Martinsburg, Taylor Keck of Martinsburg, Joey Skaggs, Jr. of Martinsburg, Olivia Skaggs of Kearneysville and Jaxon Skaggs of Kearneysville.
Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Leetown Southern Baptist Church, 6271 Paynes Ford Rd., Kearneysville, WV 25430.
