William “Billy” Chester McDonald, 69, of Falling Waters, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at home surrounded by family.

Born on May 10, 1950 in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late Millard Wesley McDonald, Sr. and Hazel Virginia Manor McDonald.

Chester enjoyed life to the fullest and was loved by many.

He is survived by two sisters, Mary Jane Harrison and Janet Arlene Files; one brother, Stephen “Steve” E. McDonald and wife, Belinda; sister in law, Shirley McDonald and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Daryl W. McDonald and Millard W. “Buster” McDonald, Jr.

The family would like to thank Sophia, Scotty and Mikki for their help and support throughout the years. A special thanks to America Family Matters, LLC for all their love and support for our family members with disabilities. Chester loved you all.

Family will receive friends on Monday, November 4, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home. Interment will be at Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
