Obituary for Anna Lee Albert (Townsend)
Anna Lee Albert, 89, of Martinsburg passed away on Friday, October 11, 2019 at Canterbury Center.
Born on October 17, 1929 in Martinsburg she was the daughter of the late Carl Wesley Townsend and Myrtle Virginia Butts Townsend.
She is survived by one son David W. Hess and wife Janice, two step-sons Lester Albert and Roger Albert; two step-daughters Marie Alger and Ann; four grandchildren, Zachary and Cody Hess, Britney Huffman, and Megan Goodnight; several step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harold W. Hess; her second husband, Kenneth R. Albert; two brothers, Earl C. Townsend and Carl W. Townsend; and one sister, Pearl V. Hess.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home.
Services will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 1:00PM at Brown Funeral Home. Interment will be at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery at Needmore
