Mr. Poisal was a Martinsburg native was born in December 1933 and attended Martinsburg High School. He then attended West Virginia University gaining a Bachelors’ Degree in Aerospace Engineering. He then pursued a life-long career in the aviation industry as a Structural and Systems Engineer with a focus on making aviation safer for both the military and civilian aviation.
