Obituary for Randy Stephen Castleberry
Randy Stephen Castleberry, 63, of Gerrardstown, WV, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019 at University of Virginia Medical Center.
Born November 1, 1955 in Colorado Springs, CO., he was the son of the late Forrest Castleberry and Lola Marie Haggerty.
Randy worked at G.M. and retired after 30 years, he then worked for 13 years at Berkeley Medical Center. He loved his children and grand-children and was an avid camper and loved spending time along the Shenandoah River with his dog Summit.
He is survived by his wife Brenda Marie (Pfeiffer) Castleberry; one son, Randy Castleberry Jr. and wife, Shannon of Gerrardstown and daughter, Kyleigh; and two daughters, Kimberly Applegate and husband, Corey of Martinsburg with children, Collin, Alex, Dylan, and Rylee, and Jamie Hebb of Gerrardstown with children, Kadence, and Olivia; one brother, Dennis Castleberry; one sister, Patricia Caldwell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood; and Sunday September 15, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, one hour prior to service.
Funeral services will be held on September 15, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel.
Interment will be private.
