Obituary for Debra Sue Myers
Debra Sue Myers, 66, of Martinsburg, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2019.
Born on December 24, 1952 in Morgantown, she was the daughter of the late Richard Osborne, and Betty and Edward “Bud” Swartz.
She was a graduate of Martinsburg High School, class of 1970. She was a commercial lines representative at Smallwood and Small Insurance Agency. She enjoyed pitching horseshoes, playing bingo and making others laugh. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by one daughter, Aimee Peters and husband, Mark; one son, Jason Myers and wife, Sabrina; two grandsons, Jason and Justin Myers; one sister, Sherlyn Townsend and one stepbrother, Dennis Swartz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her fiance’ James Andrew Gray. She is survived by his children, Andy Gray, Michael Gray and Paula Gray and their families.
Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 6:00 PM at Tabler Presbyterian Church, 5623 Tabler Station Rd., Inwood, WV 25428 with Pastor William Moore officiating.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
