Obituary for Barbara Ann Clopein (Scott)
Barbara Ann Clopein, 72, passed away Monday, August 12, 2019 at Berkeley Medical Center.
Born November 12, 1946 in Annapolis, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harold Scott and Gethel “Farr” Scott.
She is survived by her husband, Anthony “Andy” Ellsworth Clopein Jr.; two daughters, Angela Denise Reeder, and Heather Jean Quinn; five grandchildren, Shawn Allen Quinn Jr. and fiancé Brandy Faith, Brady Alexander Quinn, Carey Anthony Reeder, Taylor Renee Reeder, and Jared Thomas Reeder; two great-grandchildren, Avery Lynn Quinn and Harley Alexus Quinn; one brother, Harold Scott Jr.; and two sisters, Dottie Gunn, and Debra Mansell.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Peggy Scott.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 23, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Marlowe Ruritan Club, 2133 Broad Lane, Falling Waters, WV 25419.
