Edward Howard Cogswell,63, of Martinsburg, WV, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Berkeley Medical Center.
Born on July 30, 1955, in Canandaigua, NY, he is the son of Helene Brill and the late Howard Lee Cogswell.
He had served in the U. S. Marine Corps.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, Edward H. Mitchell; two daughters, Jessica Branson and Rhiannon Shaffer; seven grandchildren, Dawn Branson, Malachi Branson, Asa Branson, Catherine Lucas, Corbin Lucas, Tommy Ford, and Robby Ford; two brothers, Richard Cogswell, and Dan Cogswell; and two sisters, Nanci Cogswell, and Mary Vrzich.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, July 28, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Monday, July 29, 2019 at the funeral home with Rev. Mike Cantley officiating.
Interment will be in Hedgesville Cemetery.
