Obituary for Melvin Eugene Martin
Melvin Eugene Martin, 81, of Bunker Hill, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at his residence.
Born November 30, 1937 in Bakerton, WV, he was the son of the late Harry Howard Martin and Hattie Virginia “Mansfield” Martin.
Melvin worked construction and loved hunting and fishing.
He is survived by one son, Rickey Martin; one daughter, Dora Adkins; eight grandchildren; one sister, Mary Fowler; and a number of great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Greenwalt Martin; and his second wife, Leona Mae “Jones” Wallace; and several brothers and sisters.
Services and interment will be announced at a later date.
