Obituary

Obituary for Victoria Ruth Charrette (Cisneros)

Victoria Ruth Cisneros Charrette happily went to the lord on Friday, June 28, 2019.

Vicque was born at John’s Hopkins Hospital on January 31, 1949 to parents Ruth Ester Patton and Victor Manuel Cisneros, Jr.

Vicque is survived by her beloved life-time mate Roland Richardson along with his family; sisters Marta Teresa Perez, Yolanda Mantilla and various nieces and nephews. She has been blessed with many friends especially Bonnie Socks, Mary Lou Carlson, Carl Lee, Debbie Sibert, and Kelly Rovichaud.

While living at Clary Grove luckily she was blessed with a wonderful roommate Anna Lee Barthlow. They have had an amazing year sharing memories and much laughter. Vicque was blessed with a caring team of healthcare professionals at Clary Grove Nursing Home, Hospice of the Panhandle, and Ryneal Transport.

In lieu of flowers she requested that donations be made to an animal rescue at St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at a future date.

You told me you wished you would still be around for my graduation from Shepherd. When that day comes, I'll carry you with me in my heart. Rest easy my friend. You were a fighter!!

Our thoughts and prayers are with Vickie's family at this difficult time. I always thanked Vickie for looking out for our Aunt "Annie", when I sent her birthday and Christmas cards and when I talked to her on the phone. I never got to meet Vickie, but my aunt always said kind things about her.
