Charles “Terry” Fellers, 55, of Martinsburg passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019.
Born September 12, 1963 in Martinsburg, WV he was the son of the late Charles B. Fellers and Evelyn M. Garrett Fellers.
He was a veteran of the US Navy.
He loved to fish and play pool.
He is survived by two daughters, Tara Fellers and Kalli M. Fellers; two step-sons, Jason Voorhees and Justin Hall; several grandchildren; and one sister, Carolyn Jainniney and husband, Jim.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Tina D. Fellers; and one brother, Robert Fellers.
Services and interment are private.
