Obituary for Marsha Ann Efantis
Marsha Ann Efantis, 81, of Martinsburg, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2019 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born July 6, 1937 in Berkeley Co., she was the daughter of the late Ralph Franklin Copenhaver and Mary Naomi Kisner Copenhaver.
She graduated from City Hospital nursing class of 1958, she was a member of the Bedington United Methodist Church, a lifetime member of the Bedington Volunteer Fire Department, and Martinsburg Moose Lodge.
Marsha was a graduate of Hedgesville High School and retired from City Hospital as a registered nurse.
She is survived by her only daughter Mary Paula Gump and husband Robert; two step sons, Efthemoes “Jimmi” Efantis and wife, Deborah, of Frederick, Maryland and Michael J. Efantis of Martinsburg; four grandchildren, Courtney Mulligan, Krys Efantis and Paul Efantis; and grandson Nickolaus Efthemeos Alan Rowland and one great-granddaughter, Baylee Ann Mulligan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nondas Paul Efantis.
Marsha has graciously donated her body to science for study.
