Obituary

Obituary for Elizabeth Michelle "Beth" Feagans (Dunham)

Elizabeth Michelle “Beth” Feagans, 49, of Inwood, left her earthly home for her Heavenly home on Friday, March 8, 2019 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born September 23, 1969, in Warren Michigan, she was the daughter of Dottie Markle Dunham of Glengary and the late Robert G. Dunham.
Beth was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Grammie.
Beth loved the Lord and always had a smile on her face. She made friends everywhere she went and her students and co-workers at Millcreek Intermediate loved her as well. She was a member of the Connections Community Church in Inwood.
Beth has been very instrumental to the Berkeley County 4-H program and helped others with the awareness and knowledge of Autism. For the past fifteen years she has been a 4-H leader of the Southern Cross 4-H Club. She served as an activity leader and later years a project leader. For several years she started and chaired the 4-H club’s floats for the South Berkeley Christmas Parades. She was a member of the Berkeley County 4-H Leaders Association. Beth volunteered several years in the Exhibit Hall during the Berkeley County Youth Fair, she served multiple hours each year in the Berkeley County 4-H concession stand to help raise funds for the Berkeley County 4-H youth. Beth was a proud WV 4-H All-Star. Her most loved of services giving back to the 4-H program was volunteering over 10 years as a cook at Tri-County 4-H younger camp. She also received the club service award for all she has contribute to the 4-H program.
In addition to her mother, Beth is survived by her best friend and love of her life, Mike Kincaid; her daughter, Allison Mae Everhart and husband Logan of Morgantown; her son, Bruce “Allen” Feagans of Inwood; her grandchildren, Sierra and Carter Everhart; her sister, Rhonda Parkinson and husband Wayne of Clear Lake. SD; three brothers, Robert Shively, Jr. and John Shively of Port Orchard, WA, and James Shively of MI; Beth also has a dear friend of 45 years, Kathy Buckler.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her step brother, Robert S. Dunham, grandparents, Curtis Markle and Irene Davis Markle.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brown Funeral Homes’ South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, March 10, 2019 at the chapel in Inwood with Pastor Tim Butler, Pastor Rich Sherard, and Rev. Danny Breidenbaugh officiating. Interment will be held in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Beth asked that no one wear black to her funeral but bright joyful colors instead.
The family would like to express their thanks to Hospice of the Panhandle for the loving care they gave Beth and her family. Donations in memory of Beth can be made to Hospice of the Panhandle 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.

JoAnna Dugan

JoAnna Dugan Dear Allison and Allen, Your mother was an amazing, courageous woman. I’m going to miss our many conversations we had. We would talk about the importance of family and how proud she was to be a grandmother. She loved you both very much and would have the biggest smile when talking about her family. She was a wonderful friend and co-worker. I will keep you close in my heart and pray for God to give you strength.
