Obituary for Joan Ann Rowe (Mino)
Joan Ann Minor Rowe, 81, of Martinsburg passed away on Friday, March 1, 2019 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born December 4, 1937 in Martinsburg, WV she was the daughter of the late Michael Edward and Elizabeth Frances Linton Minor.
She was a homemaker and had been employed with General Motors. She enjoyed playing bridge, spending time with family and friends at the beach, or on the river, or at the lake.
She is survived by two daughters, Charlene Weaver and husband, Norman, Patricia Caudell and husband Kelly; two grandsons, Travis Rowe, Ryan Weaver; and one great granddaughter, Ella Rowe.
She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-one years, Gene Dowling Rowe.
Family will receive friends on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home.
Memorial mass will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 11:00AM at St. Leo Catholic Church with Father Alfred Obiudu celebrant. Interment prayers will be private.
