Peggy Lou Mason Riggs, 71, of Gerrardstown passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019.

Born March 10, 1947 in Martinsburg, WV she was the daughter of the late Albert Taylor Mason and Jane Catherine Hess Mason.

She was of the Pentecostal faith.

She is survived by her husband, Leslie William Riggs, Jr.; two sons, Darrell Wayne Hutzler and Richard William Mason; one daughter, Tina Elaine Riggs; seven grandchildren, Todd and wife, Brittany, Brandon, Tara, Steven, Dave, Amber, and Brandi; twelve great-grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Banner and Nancy Mason; and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one brother Vincent Mason; and a sister, Sandra Pulse.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, February 17, 2019 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 3:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel with Pastor David Davis officiating.

Interment will be private.
