Mary Kate, Laura, & I send our condolences. Peggy was original Hedgesville in that she was a constant presence in the village and was a sympathetic ear to generations of children to whom she listened. She & Ralph raised their family in their house on South Mary Street and added to their reputation as people who cared for others.
