Kepler Wilson Nigh, 64, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Winchester Medical Center.

Kepler was born on November 29, 1954 in Fairmont, WV and was the son of the late James Harlan Nigh, Jr.
and Jean Brown Nigh.

He was called to mission’s work at a young age. He spent his life doing missionary work and preaching in Latin America. He was also an IT Specialist Instructor at HBC and an IT Specialist at Cedar Ridge Children’s Home.

He is survived by his wife, Blanca Asuncion Galarza Nigh; one son, Kepler David Nigh; two daughters, Keren Robinson Nigh Galarza and husband Benjamin; Kimberly Nigh Grubbs and husband Josiah; three grandchildren, Estelle Nigh, Wilhelm Grubbs and Leif Grubbs; one brother, James Daniel Nigh and wife Terry, and one nephew Steven Nigh.

Services will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with Reverend Jerry Smith officiating.

Family will receive friends from 11:00 - 12:00 a.m., one hour prior to the service.

Interment will be at Gerrardstown Cemetery.
