Donna Lee Washburn, 73 of Charles Town passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018 in the Berkeley Medical Center. Born July 23, 1945 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Oliver Edwin Bloss and Mildred Margaret Cargle Bloss. Donna was a supervisor and trainer for Credit Card Systems. She loved reading, knitting and gardening.

She is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Wilson and husband Bryan of Charles Town, two grandchildren, Joseph and Annabelle Wilson and family friend Rodney Wilkins.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at the Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home with the Dr. Henry Christie officiating. Interment will be private.
