Red Hill BC took a group of city kids on an overnight to an old farm on a mountain. Mr. Cadd took them on a snipe hunt & fed one of the boys a green persimmon! He hid in the woods & jumped out at us as we walked by. He told me my hair looked like silk-- corn silk! When my husband & I went for premarital counseling Mac told us that as we were from 2 different Baptist strains- missionary & primitive - maybe we should find a good Methodist or Presbyterian church to attend so we would be together. We didn't have to but at this time we are members of a Methodist church! I love telling this story at church. Next year we will be married 50 years. Thank you Mr.Cadd & Sue!
