Jerald Joseph Roethler,78 of Charles Town passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018 at his home.

Born February 26, 1940 in Watertown, South Dakota, he was the son of the late Joseph Ferdinand and Audrey Irelene Crume Roethler.

Jerald was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a sheet metal mechanic.

He is survived by one son, Jerald J. Roethler and wife, Anna of Arnold, MO: four daughters, Kathy A. Reed and husband, John of Charles Town, WV, Laura L. Montgomery and husband, Larry of Knippa, TX, Donna L. Kallas and husband, John of Ipswich, MA, Theresa E. Yarbrough and husband, Earl of Bloomingdale GA; fifteen grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; one sister, Shirley J. Bauer and husband, Mel of Albany, MN.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Theresa Marino Roethler.

Services and interment will be private.
