Helen Delores Henry of Inwood, 84, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018.

Born October 12, 1934 in Berkeley County, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Lee Furley and Estella Marie (DeHaven) Furley.

Helen attended Mounttain View Church of the Brethren and was a press operator with a sewing machine company.

She is survived by her loving niece, who she has raised since the age of seven, Sheila Brady and husband James; great-niece, LeAnna Willingham and great-nephew, Justin Willingham; great-great nieces and nephews; Brendan, Matthew, Rylee and Journee; two brothers, Charles W. Furley and wife Maryann of Inwood, Elmer L. Furley Jr. of Bunker Hill; two sisters, Patricia A. Wright and husband David of Bunker hill, Virginia Marie “Susie” Barrett of Martinsburg.

She was preceded in death by husband Bernard William Henry; three brothers, Arthur L. Furley, Larry E. Furley and Allen Furley.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel. Internment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
